The video below shows My Wii Center, which is the Wii version of miidiaCenter.

You can play free flash games, listen to music and radio stations, watch videos and TV channels straight from your Wii through the Internet Channel.

It perfectly works with a normal PC browser too, and if you are subscribed on miidiaCenter you can log-in to MyWiiCenter with the same user and password; once you do that, you can find your uploaded videos by entering in the Videos menu and clicking on the Favorites button (the heart icon).

For the uploaded songs is the same, but from the Favorite Music menu search for Songs instead of Albums.
