FAQ
What is miidiaCenter?
miidiaCenter is an online mediacenter into which you can put your own songs and videos from your PC.
Then you can watch your uploaded media from many consoles and systems like the Wii, PS3, PC, and tablets.
How can i watch media on my Wii/PS3/smartphone/tablet?
Go to miidiaCenter.com from the web browser included in that system, then login and enter the videos or songs section. Finally, click on the Favorites button (the heart icon) and you will find your uploaded media together with your favorite videos/songs.
Why can't i watch/listen to any video/song?
First, verify that you are accessing your media from a supported device: computers with Flash player installed (it's free), Nintendo Wii, Sony PS3, Apple iPad/iPhone, and all Android tablets/smartphones with Flash player enabled.
Second, if you are trying to watch media from two or more systems at the same time, only one of them will work. Each user can watch to at most one video/song at a time, and he/she may upload at most one file at a time.
Third, each user has a monthly data traffic limit (n. of GBs you can download/upload per month). How much this limit is depends on his/her subscription plan. If you reached your limit, you either have to raise it up by upgrading your subscription, or you can wait for your traffic to be recharged. Check your account status to find out if you run out of traffic, and to know the date at which it will be recharged. Contact us if you want further explanation about this point.
Last, if you are using an iPad/iPhone and you want your media to work on it, you need to upgrade your subscription to Normal or No Limits. iPad/iPhone support is disabled for Limited accounts.
Why don't my videos/songs work on my iPad/iPhone?
iPad/iPhone support is reserved for users with a Normal or No Limits subscription, so if you have a Limited subscription you won't be able to watch your media from those devices.
Another possible reason for this may be be that you run out of your resource limits such as monthly traffic etc., please read this FAQ: Why can't i watch/listen to any video/song?.
Why can't i upload?
First, if are trying to upload two or more files at the same time, only one of the uploads will work. You are limited to one upload at a time, and you can watch one video/song at a time
Second, all files you upload are stored in a hard disk reserved for you, and that hard disk has a limited size that depends on your subscription plan. Maybe you can't upload files anymore because you filled your disk. Check your account status to find out if you run out of space, and in such case you can either upgrade your subscription to get your disk size raised up, or you can free space by deleting some of your uploaded media.

Video/audio quality is too low
If you are a Limited user, you need to upgrade your subscription to Normal or No Limits to get media quality raised up for both your videos and songs.
Due to the limited Wii hardware capabilities, though, video quality will still be low in any case on that particular system. This applies for videos only, songs are not affected.
If you are using a mobile device like a tablet, while being connected to a low-speed wireless connection like Edge or UMTS-3G, media quality may be switched to low when your bandwidth is not enough to sustain a stream in higher quality.
